During my divorce proceedings, a State Farm secretary provided my confidential address information to my ex-spouse without my authorization. This disclosure has caused significant emotional distress and potential safety concerns. I believe this incident violates State Farm's privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. I am deeply concerned about the security of my personal information and the potential misuse of this sensitive data. I urge you to take appropriate action to investigate this matter and hold State Farm personnel at this location accountable for this privacy breach. I would also appreciate it if you could provide guidance to these people on how to protect privacy and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. On Monday I received a phone call from local Juan Casares office and was offered a reduced price due to me making an error on Sunday.
